Based on the concept of the Myofascia system, combined with a variety of yoga aids to perform breathing and asana exercises, to strengthen weak muscles, regulate the functioning of the nervous system, relax tight myofascia, and adjust poor posture. During the course, students will also practice the correct use of the body to enhance their mind, body and spirit awareness, in order to achieve self-healing and improve various physical discomforts.
