Mandy had suffered from chronic pain throughout her body for
years, including her neck, lower back, and sciatic nerve. Despite seeing a
chiropractor and receiving massages, these treatments only provided
temporary relief. Feeling that "relying on others is less reliable
than relying on oneself," she came to hot stone yoga to
begin her stretching journey. Not only did this improve her pain
symptoms, but it also caused her—someone who rarely
sweats—to perspire heavily. She now feels refreshed and invigorated.
