As a Tsuen Wan member, I attend classes weekly and have seen improvements in my back and shoulder pain. Since joining hot stone yoga, it’s become my favorite session. The wall rope yoga instructor is truly exceptional—each movement is explained so clearly that even beginners can follow along effortlessly. As someone long chained to a desk job, hot stone yoga has significantly relieved my chronic aches and pains. I now attend multiple sessions a week, and both my body and mind feel thoroughly rejuvenated.
